Starr Hall, Founding Partner, and Publicist
Starr has been involved in public relations, marketing, sales and management for most of her life. Even as a young child, she was raised and taught in a family of PR practitioners, founders of multi-million dollar brands. After many successful years as a consultant she started 2 Point Media LLC, using her talent in public and media relations to help individuals and companies achieve their goals. Starr has worked with corporations, non-profit organizations, authors, CEOs and associations nationwide. She has relationships with over 500 editors, writers and segments producers worldwide and has secured placement and coverage for her clients in regional, national and international newspapers, magazines, radio, television, and Internet outlets such as: Oprah Magazine, Redbook, Real Simple, Vive, Woman's Day Magazine, Entrepreneur Mag & Radio, Bon Appetit, Gourmet Magazine, Fancy Food, Better Homes & Gardens, Good Housekeeping, Los Angeles Times, Good Morning America, HGTV and DIY to name a few. In addition, she has secured major book and licensing contracts for her clients with Time Warner, Leisure Arts, Wiley & Sons, USPS, Creating Keepsakes, Weldbond Adhesive and Speed Racer Enterprises.

Chadd Rosenberg, Founding Partner, and New Media Specialist
Chadd's foundation in Sociology, specializing in consumer behavior and statistics helped to launch his beginning career as a Concert / Event promoter. As founder/manager of a commercial recording studio he has added technology, promotion and leadership to his repertoire.

Chadd has been on leading advisory panels and currently serves as a Minority Partner arranging strategic partnerships within the music industry for Noisy Planet, a music artist services company. Additionally, Chadd is the founder and managing partner of New World of Media specializing in corporate podcasting and music production for television advertising campaigns, web video production and website development. He actively manages over 75 corporate podcasts. His client list includes top companies such as Schwartz Communications, Telelogic, ESET, Epocrates, NetManage, and Javelin Strategy and Research.

Grady Hall, Writer, Director and Producer, Motion Theory
In 2005, Grady was named to Board's magazine's "Directors to Watch" list for commercials and Rolling Stones magazine's "Hot List" for music video direction. By 2007, Boards magazine named Grady to its annual top ten "Directors in Demand". A writer-director, and the co-creative director of Motion Theory, Grady lends his innovative directorial insight to clients from concept to delivery. His work spans award-winning commercials and global campaigns for companies such as Gatorade, Nike, Budweiser, HP, Reebok, McDonalds, Sears and the Sci-Fi Channel, as well as music videos for R.E.M., Beck, Modest Mouse, Papa Roach, David Gray and others. Grady began his career at Warner Bros, and Columbia-Tri-Star, eventually creating a one-hour pilot titles Escaping Eden for Universal, writing television movies, and staff writing a full season of The Outer Limits for the Sci-Fi Channel. He often speaks on industry panels, most recently at the Boards magazine Summit and AIGA Move event, and guest lectured at the School of Theater, Film and Television at UCLA, where he received his bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.

Kelly Salamanca, Creative Director
Kelly has over 20 years experience in traditional and online design. Starting his Internet career at an Online Branding Agency 1997, he helped the company establish and define itself in the online space. He helped transform a small start-up into a true Internet Professional Services company. With his diverse background in traditional design, online design and emerging technologies, he was a perfect fit with the company's philosophy of bringing together imaginative minds from the fields of business strategy, advertising, database analytics, and Internet professional services, to help people succeed in a tumultuous time of economic transformation and technology innovation.

Kelly has worked on projects for A.G. Ferrari, Ascend Communications, Asera, Aspect, Broderbund, Commerce One, Get Real Girl, Hewlett-Packard, I21, Jelly Belly, John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health Systems, Pacific Bell, PeopleSoft, Restoration Hardware, Sagent, SalesForce.com, and SF Opera. Many of these sites were winners of the International Web Page Awards, and Kelly was even chosen as a judge for the 2000 Addy Awards.

Kelly is passionate about this industry and its future and believes that user experience is the key. He strives to perfect this by understanding the needs of clients and their customers, and coming up with the right mix to deliver a unique and effective solution that is both pleasing to the eye, and easy on the mind.
